Wed, 24 October 2007 ![]() So you saw in the last video the rotation of the torso while the head stays in the same spot and you said to yourself I don't do that and probably never can. Well, this video is for you. It is an exercise where when your body rotates, you throw your sheild hand back at the end of the rotation. It isn't something you would do in a fight, but it will help you get used to rotating your body for your sword blow. Parker Mathew Elswick. He weighed in at 7 lbs and 11 ozs at a length of 20". Look for more videos starting on Monday, October 22nd.

Keeping it slow, follow the rhythmic movements and swinging of a full free form slow drill. Keeping in mind the movement of the sword, shield and footwork as well as the body during the drill.
